— Why cant I connect my discord?

Please make sure that you are in our Discord server and you have selected the correct Discord account.

— How do I unlink my discord?

You can easily unlink your connected Discord account in your Account settings.

— Why do I not receive the verification email?

Sometimes it can take a few minutes until you receive the verification email. Especially with providers like Gmail, it often takes a little longer. Otherwise:

— Your email address is invalid.
— The verification email is in the spam folder.
— Your email provider got blocked by our system.

— How do I redeem a premium code?

You can redeem a Premium Code directly in our Discord server after purchasing it from our shop.

— How do I get my roles in the discord?
